Bryan Ulbrich is known as the best winemaker in our area and we are proud to share his talents.  

We'll feature a premium three course menu of outstanding wines and food for only $45.00 per person! Chef Fresia Granados will delight your senses with succulent flavors of Costa Rica (slow roasted pulled pork, chicken and rice with black beans, ripe plantains) while Bryan reviews our 2011 vintage releases of Royce, Riesling and Whitewater. He'll provide an in depth look at the artistry and science of winemaking and unveil some, but not all, of his secrets to success.
